My domestic self has learned to make nut butter. We especially like almond and pecan. Elaine is a huge fan of it. She loves it so much she has to get it allover herself when she eats it. I have learned from past mistakes strip her down to her diaper when she eats it. She takes the bowl and spoon and goes to town. In this picture she is sporting the pecan variety which she calls Daddy's Butter.

What in the world is nut butter?
Think peanut butter made with other kinds of nuts. I was telling my pediatrician about it and he thought it was real butter with nuts on top.
