Time Goes so Fast

Charlotte is celebrating her half year mark today. She was so excited we started the day at 3AM.

Nap totals: Charlotte 2, Mom 0.

Everyone will be interested to know that she did not weigh the 20 lbs I predicted. She tipped the scales at a solid 17lbs 12oz. I talked to the pediatrician about my concerns about how big she was but he let me know she is well within the normal range. We also discussed the fact that she does not roll over and seems to have no interest in trying. When he saw she could sit up all by herself he told me she just skipped that milestone and went directly to sitting. She is really mellow and happy all the time which is a perfect match for her off the wall sister.

Four shots later she still has plenty to smile about.
