We had a fun weekend with the Uncle Marks last weekend. We were able to spend a day with them on their quick trip to the Valley of the Sun. Lucky for them the hot weather did not really arrive until after they left. The highlight of their visit for Elaine was lunch at a restaurant. We do not take our kids out to restaurants unless they have a playland so this was an adventure for her. After much discussion with her about behavior at such a place it went well and she was a model 3 year old.

Emily and Enoch came to enjoy lunch with us.
Elaine had french fries with a side of mac and cheese.
Charlotte stayed at home taking a nap with the babysitter so she had some bonding time to catch up on when we got back to the house.
